We visited the Cheltenham store last week and spoke with Michelle, we were very impressed with her and although I have a strong aversion to sales people, I liked her. In fact so much that we purposely visited again today to deal directly with her and made a purchase

IAN was very friendly and knowledgable. His help in finding the appropriate item for our needs was very reassuring. Social distancing was very good as was the cleanliness and availabilty of hand sanitizer.
