We were welcomed, supported and guided by Ian. He was superb. He was very focused on our safety during COVID and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. He was exceptionally knowledgeable on the products and I felt like he took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He was also very kind in accommodating our son who was with us. He talked us through the process of sleepmatch and took us on our journey - fantastic experience! Ian was outstanding, not pushy, helpful, friendly, a brilliant advocate for the store.

We visited the Cheltenham store last week and spoke with Michelle, we were very impressed with her and although I have a strong aversion to sales people, I liked her. In fact so much that we purposely visited again today to deal directly with her and made a purchase
