The staff were wonderful; the woman that went through my options was warm, competent & took the time to understand my needs. The store felt welcoming but safe given the pandemic. I felt the products were great quality & it was clear to understand the pricing structure for different options. I found a bed that suited me, given my weight and chronic pain issues, well. Sadly the colour of choice wasn't in stock but I'm happy with the alternative. I called the Dream Team (as advised on Twitter) & was offered a discount on the recycling of my old bed (the advisor in store said no discount would be possible so I was grateful this was incorrect). I am highly satisfied with the service I received from Ian at the Cheltenham branch of Dreams. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with finding the correct product for my needs all the while adhering to the health and safety guidelines that we find ourselves in at this current time. Overall my shopping experience was enjoyable.

We were welcomed, supported and guided by Ian. He was superb. He was very focused on our safety during COVID and made sure we felt safe and comfortable. He was exceptionally knowledgeable on the products and I felt like he took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. He was also very kind in accommodating our son who was with us. He talked us through the process of sleepmatch and took us on our journey - fantastic experience! Ian was outstanding, not pushy, helpful, friendly, a brilliant advocate for the store.
