Had made an appointment and was expected so had immediate attention. Product requested was only available in a static base but was shown the adjustable base working on another item. Was amazed at speed of delivery offered and look forward to using Dreams again or passing on recommendation to others.

The staff were wonderful; the woman that went through my options was warm, competent & took the time to understand my needs. The store felt welcoming but safe given the pandemic. I felt the products were great quality & it was clear to understand the pricing structure for different options. I found a bed that suited me, given my weight and chronic pain issues, well. Sadly the colour of choice wasn't in stock but I'm happy with the alternative. I called the Dream Team (as advised on Twitter) & was offered a discount on the recycling of my old bed (the advisor in store said no discount would be possible so I was grateful this was incorrect).
