The experience my husband and I had at Dreams in Cheltenham was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped into the store we were instantly greeted by the lovely, polite sales manager Ian, Ian was very on point with the safety of the staff and other shoppers and keeping all products clean. He then proceeded to show us over to the sleepmatch machine and talked us through the procedure. Once we had our matches he took us around the store showing us all the mattresses which were ideal for our needs, Ian was very knowledgeable on each mattress. We were given enough time to try out each mattress and go back and forth between a few we couldn't decide between. Not once did we feel as if we were being pushed into anything or being made to hurry up so he could get on and make a sale. Once we had finally settled on a mattress Ian took us over to the desk to get into the paperwork, he instantly brought us over an ice cold bottle of water each and took us through the sale step by step, any questions we had about anything were answered without hesitation. I cannot recommend Ian enough he is such a down to earth, friendly guy and made the whole experience great.
