Finlay was excellent- he approached us as soon as we walked into the store and was very helpful and efficient. He had good knowledge of the products and was not afraid to guide us and give his opinions on what would meet our requirements.

Great customer service, we felt listened to and left with a purchase that will be delivered within our expected time frame.

We were extremely impressed with the customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Kevin greeted us and was very friendly and professional. He guided us around the store and assisted in finding what we were looking for that day. He gave us time and was never pushy, but helped us to make our decisions much easier. We had planned to visit a few bed stores that day - Dreams was the first and we didn't actually need to visit any other stores in the end because we found what we wanted and were very satisfied with our purchases. A very pleasant experience all round - so thank you.

World class service Kevin was exceptional Very nice to talk to very knowledgeable in fact he was one of the best sale's person I have ever met well done! I just wish I went there years ago.i only went to get a mattress but he was so nice I had to go back the next day and buy a duvet and pillow.little joe is so happy with the service I will definitely be going back there again 🙂👍

The whole experience was very good from the start to finish. We were served by Anate B316 she was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us lots also was able to answer all the questions we asked, other staff were also friendly, nice to be offered a drink as well while we were in the store. Very professional & knowledgeable sales assistant

We were almost the last customers of the day so we had Kevin practically all to ourselves. He was attentive but not over attentive. He took us through your sleep match process, showed us our results and let us spend some time testing and chatting about which we liked. He answered all our questions and we didn’t feel rushed into a decision. Kevin was personable and friendly, very good at his job.
