The sales assistant Kerry at the cheltenham depot was straight over to see us and explained the 3min process that would help select the perfect mattress for me. This was great as I had no idea what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and gave me time to try all the options. Also another colleague explained the discounts which allowed me to save even more money which was great for me.
