I would like to thank to Kevin who has provided the best customer service we have ever experienced! We came over to the shop to look around and see if we could purchase a new mattress in the future but Kevin advised us to try a Sleepmatch, that was amazing experience! Then he took us over to try a different mattresses providing us with more details. Thanks to Kevin we have made our choice and looking forward to the delivery! If you want a new mattress, please ask for Kevin, he is the best!

I was impressed with Ian's overall service. Courteous, he not too pushy, but held back and allowed me time to make a series of educated decisions along the way which led to my final purchase of a bed which I was happy in that it met my ageing / medical needs.
