The service we received was exceptional. Kerry at the Chelthenham retail park was welcoming, friendly and in no way a pushy salesman. We had really good advice based on our requirements and felt relaxed in making a decision on what to buy. Usually with an expensive purchase we'd go off and try other stores but we both felt we'd been given enough information to go ahead.

Assistant whose name is Kevin, this was at the cheltenham Store, was extremely helpful, very knowledgable, especially when it came to mattresses. He was very polite with a lovely mannerism, thorough with completing the order and promoting offers.

We bought in the Cheltenham branch. Kevin was the sales person who dealt with us. He knows his stuff, was extremely helpful and just as friendly. A lovely bloke and a credit to your company. He deserves a big pat on the back.
