Ian was great. His knowledge, humour and understanding to our needs were all taken into account. We were made to feel very safe. We had visited a rival store on the same trip that had none of the measures in place that Dreams had - this made a difference, we took time, felt safe and made a purchase.

The service we received was exceptional. Kerry at the Chelthenham retail park was welcoming, friendly and in no way a pushy salesman. We had really good advice based on our requirements and felt relaxed in making a decision on what to buy. Usually with an expensive purchase we'd go off and try other stores but we both felt we'd been given enough information to go ahead.
