The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, taking time to explore my requirements. I was shown the variations of mattresses that were available to me, and allowed to try them out with coverings placed on the items to meet Covid 19 requirements. After I had decided on my purchase, I was shown the correct way to open the ottoman, and to ensure that this was suitable for me. At no time did I feel pressurized into a purchase. An overall quality service.

Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy but wanted to find the right mattress for us.

Ian was absolutely wonderful! We learned so much. The sleep assessment machine was really informative and Ian guided us through all the different options, explaining the difference between support options, breathability, etc. We didn’t feel rushed and every care was taken to prioritise our social distancing. He offered us bottles of water and did a great job at making us laugh AND make an informed decision.
