From entering the store the lady ( Michelle) that helped us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and funny too. We both felt safe (covid) throughout our time in the store. The sleep match technology was a great help to finding the correct mattress types for us, as was Michelle and she was very patient with us as we couldn't make our minds up at first!

We visited the Cheltenham store and were really impressed by the friendliness of the team, the social distancing measures in place and the knowledge of the team member who served us (Kerry). We were unsure how it would all be handled due to social distancing measures but we can't rate our experience highly enough and Kerry was so helpful and friendly.

Extremely helpful staff - Kerry who spent time with us discussing our requirements & explaining what the different options were. Loved the programmed mattress used to determine what type of mattress best suits.
