We are elderly couple and the lady who helped us (Michelle) was extremely helpful and kind throughout our whole visit, she wasn’t over forceful and gave us guidance to find the right one for us, made us feel really comfortable.

From entering the store the lady ( Michelle) that helped us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and funny too. We both felt safe (covid) throughout our time in the store. The sleep match technology was a great help to finding the correct mattress types for us, as was Michelle and she was very patient with us as we couldn't make our minds up at first!
