Efficient service

From the minute we walked through the door we received excellent service. Steve was knowledgable, extremely helpful and very patient! We will most definitely return to dreams for future purchases based on our experience.

Staff very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly without being overpowering. Only reason not full marks across the board is we don't know when our mattress will arrive. But as long as it is a reasonable time frame, then we are not too bothered.

Ian was brilliant! His knowledge of the products was fantastic and he was able to guide us to exactly the right bed that fits our needs. He was friendly, approachable and made the experience really enjoyable. I would not only recommend the shop to others, but I would recommend they ask for him as he was fantastic.
