A very knowledgeable gentleman looked after us. I was given the 3 minute assessment machine, which was an experience., but Ian’s knowledge of the mattresses was invaluable. The delivery date is great. A very pleasant and satisfactory visit to your store.,even given water to drink as it was a hot morning. Thank you.

1200 characters is not enough to describe how satisfied I was during my visit to your Cheltenham store! The 13th October was the day I discovered what real customer service was all about. Michelle's professionalism can only be described as nothing but perfect. From the moment I entered the store she made me feel safe, valued and her knowledge of all the products was outstanding. Friendly, caring and dedicated staff, a true asset to your company.

Very well managed visit during Covid, social distancing maintained as much as possible. Staff PPE always present, protection measures for customers trying mattresses always in place. Sufficient time given trying mattress options, after analyser, with all questions answered by Store manager, if he didn't know he found out. Suitable discussion over other mattress options and pillow choices given to try.
