The store manager, Ian was extremely helpful. He guided us through the various options and left us feeling extremely satisfied.

Very good service, greeted at the door, offered the check out the mattress " thingy" but my elderly mother could not use it as she cannot lie flat,. Anne our assistant was very understanding and helpful. Service was quick and she seemed to have a good understanding of products available. Came away from the store having bought divan, mattress, head board and pillows with plenty of dates available for delivery.

The service I received was fantastic , Ian was very patient while I tried out all the mattress and plenty of ‘banter’ which helps when you are lying down a lot! I Knew the bed I wanted and needed help with a mattress, there was no hard sell and I went with the mattress that was comfortable. A great asset to your company.
