Kevin was fantastic and attentive to us. Gave detailed information and showed us products relevant to us (budget, sleeping style). Also gave us time to discuss among ourselves without being overbearing. Processed our order very quickly but ensured everything was correct.

Ian and his team (Cheltenham store) were excellent, from going through the 'sleep machine' and explaining the differences in mattress that were best for us to ordering and scheduling delivery. Neither were too pushy and got it just right. Highly recommend.
