Very helpful and friendly and helped us find the best mattress for us and also Ian showed us the range of pillows

The person who served me was very kind and polite, I wasn’t in one day, didn’t purchase but returned the next day and he remembered us and new exactly what we wanted.

Very friendly helpful staff, understood our needs, made a good suggestion. Placed order. Shame we won’t get the item until the end of June.

Upon entering we where not rushed at by any assistant, instead given time to look and then approached politely and asked if we required any assistance or information, nothing pushy at all
