Dreams - Cheltenham

Wow I never imagined choosing a new mattress could be so much fun! I had a warm welcome as I entered the store and then the lovely manger Ian came and introduced himself. Not really knowing what kind of mattress to try he asked if I wanted to try the ‘Sleepmatch’ a computerised scientific bed that identifies the optimal postural support for your body and recommends the perfect mattresses for you...genius! With the print out of suitable mattresses for me Ian allowed me plenty of time to try them out offering expert advise. It was very clear I could trust this guy. I must have spent in total 2 hours deciding as the choice was so hard as they were all so good! I’m so pleased with my purchase and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Thanks Dreams Cheltenham, especially Ian for your expert help and advise 😁

HELPFUL FRIENDLY ASSISTANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT NOT PUSHY

I was helped by Michelle and she was a great help, she had a broad knowledge of the bed I was looking at and gave space to make the decision. There was an issue with the card machines when we visited and she made sure we were comfortable while we waited by offering us drinks and keeping us updated about the situation. The process of buying the bed was very quick and easy once the problem was resolved.

My husband and I were served by a member of staff called Ian. We went into the store before the opening date as we didn't realise it hadn't opened yet. Ian was still more than happy to help us, he made us aware of any health and safety issues there might be due to them still setting everything up. We were offered tea or coffee anyway. Ian helped us decide on a mattress with our budget in mind and allowed us to use the computerised mattress thing. After we decided, he printed everything out for us to return to the store on the opening day. He showed us extra pillows, which we also purchased, and offered us tea, coffee and homemade cakes by his wife that were available to customers for the opening day. We felt extremely welcomed and happy with our purchase when we left the store. I have recommended the store to my dad whom is popping in over the weekend to take a look. Excellent service.

I suppose it would be strange to be ‘Highly satisfied’ whilst buying a bed. No disrespect intended crazy survey people!

thinking about it afterwards I was a bit concerned about the pillow used when I was trying beds. It didnt have a cover of any sort on it. I wonder if it had been used recently by other customers - It ought to have a fresh cover placed on it each time or be quarantined between customers. I was thinking about it later and was rather worried.
