Very knowledgable staff, great choice of beds and bases to choose from, and nice to see one of the same staff that we bought our last bed off 10 years ago still there.

Ian took the time to explain all of the product options & gave us a range of what mattresses would give us what we were looking for following the mattress / sleep assessment. An all round excellent experience. Would highly recommend store; professional, friendly & down to earth.

Kerry and his colleagues were very helpful, and not only had a very good knowledge of the different beds and mattress but took their time to understand our requirements, suggest alternative products which were more suited to our needs. They also provided us with advice for future on how to choose mattresses and beds. They were extremely friendly, helpful and very patient with us. Dreams is lucky to have sales advisors like them and if all customers who come into contact with them would definitely be lucky to experience what we experienced

From the moment we entered the store the member of staff (Kevin) was brilliant. Extremely knowledgable , polite , and answered any questions we had . He also offered us valuable advice on our purchase An his advice helped us make our choice greatly. He was a pleasure to deal with couldn’t fault his customer service an he also told us he hadn’t worked there long.

We were greeted in a very friendly way as soon as we walked into the store, the level of interaction was perfect not over intrusive, we were allowed to browse freely, and every now and then he would see if we had questions, offer advice, and an alternative, and was again happy to leave us to our decisions

Much better value than any other mattress store we went to, better range of products for the type of bed I was looking for. Really quick and simple ordering with an assistant with good delivery options- and free pillows and mattress protector which is always a bonus!

We went into the store we knew the base we thought we wanted ,we had seen on line but the manager pointed out a better one for us and it wad cheaper.Regarding the mattress there was so much choice but he helped narrower it down for us listening to what it wad we were afte.Very helpful but not pushy. Left us alone to hsve a think about it.

We were helped by an employee called Emma, who was so helpful and knew so much about the products! She spent a lot of time helping us understand what was what and went through prices in a good way.
