Emma is extremely knowledgeable and professional on all aspects of the Harrison Spinks 4500K mattress we ordered. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered accurately. The 40 night ‘trial’ period is reassuring, as a 10 minute trial in store does not give a true indication of the suitability of the mattress. Overall, our Dreams experience was Excellent

Was attended to immediately and my needs were met based on my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and went out if their way to make our shopping experience as smooth as possible, while also amusing my twin granddaughters. Kevin and Michelle are awesome at providing 100% customer service, while also complimenting each others professionalism. Thanks guys.

We received a very warm welcome from Emma when we visited the Cheltenham store and also received a nice cup of coffee. She did not try and pressurise us to make a purchase - but just told us to ask her if we needed any help. When we did so the service received from her was fantastic and very helpful. After receiving a whole body scan on the Dreams Sci-Fi bed we were then shown a print out of the recommended mattresses based on the results of the scan. We then got to try each one on the list to determine our choice, we decided to purchase a Tempur mattress. A delivery date was given at the time of purchase and we received regular updates over the coming few days prior to receiving delivery of the mattress. When the new one was delivered the delivery drivers were great, they took the new one up the stairs and removed all packaging, then removed our old one for recycling. All round a great service! Would recommend Dream to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.

The staff did not push us to buy, and allowed us the time to consider what we wanted, they gave very good advice on the best product for our needs. We visited the shop 3 times as we were unsure of the bed size re our room size, and they were just as helpful each time.

Staff were immediately welcoming, showed me the merchandise I was wanting and gave me relevant information without making me feel pressurised. A visit afterwards to a rival store was completely the opposite.... I was not greeted or spoken to so I immediately returned to Dreams and placed my order!

when we entered the shop we were greeted by Ian. He listened to what we wanted and helped us select a mattress, he then helped up chose a bed and again listened to our needs. He had a brilliant knowledge of the products and was able to show us what we wanted to see. He was friendly and not over bearing at all. He didn't make us feel rushed to buy a bed or mattress so there was no pressure at all.

Kevin who served us was polite thoughtful and made us laugh a good experience
