Dreams - Cheltenham

Friendly and very knowledgeable service by Ian (store manager) previously when we popped into the Cheltenham store and this again this week with Kevin who we couldn't believe had only been with Dreams for 6 weeks!. The service and care was so helpful and considerate by Ian that we could have ordered in the Gloucester store nearer to our home, but chose to travel back to Cheltenham to place the order as we strongly felt the excellent service warranted this.

Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person who helped me in the Cheltenham store but the service was exceptional - she was knowledgeable, patient and spent a long time helping me with options. She is a credit to your business. Great selection of products at fair prices too.

The Customer Adviser (Michelle) I think that was her name, was well informed about the product & answered all my queries/questions, hence why I ordered my bed so quickly. I was one of these awkward customers because when I got home, I called the store to change my divan for an ottoman. It was no trouble at all I got from Emma in the Cheltenham store! This was due to my son changing his mind! Am very grateful for the assistance I was given! Will shop again in this store. Thank you.

Ian in the Cheltenham store was very friendly and knowledgable. He didn’t try to get us to buy the most expensive mattress and took his time in showing us plenty and allowing us time to lie on them.

Welcomed into store, but not hassled. Bought a quality mattress with 20% off = happy!

Excellent staff on both occasions. We ordered the same bed a month ago and was so delighted by the quality of the bed, the service in the shop and the delivery personnel, we ordered another one for our own master bedroom. We have told all our friends..and strangers,..that we have had such a pleasant experience with your company. It was a great change to have everyone being so helpful and polite. The delivery people arrived looking smart and friendly. We were notified when to expect the delivery constantly. It was delivered exactly when promised. The bed was erected in minutes and looks terrific. Well done as a company! You are to be congratulated.
