We were assisted by Michelle (Gallagher retail park, Cheltenham) who was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The only fault was that we were not given a delivery date. The new computer system of evaluating the right mattress was very helpful. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

All the staff in the store were very helpful and gave us lots of advice. They did everything they could to please us. Even when the item we wanted wasn’t in stock the manager tried lots of possible options to get it for us faster.

Kevin was extremely helpful handling the two orders of myself & my mother. He was able to direct us both to suitable mattresses & then a bed. Our order was complicated wit two delivery addresses & he was able to sort it all quickly & efficiently.
