The staff in the shop were extremely friendly and helpful. Our contact Emma gave us customer service that exceeded our expectations. The electronic bed was very clever and highly amusing. We were offered tea/coffee during our visit as well.

Ian the manager and Emma were both most helpful. I was looking for a different firmness for half of a super king sized bed. This was not a standard item but Ian was able to find a solution. Emma was lovely and efficient taking the order and we had a lovely chat. The delivery time was only 4 weeks so I am looking forward to receiving my lovely squishy mattress soon.

Jason was friendly, informative but not pushy. Very knowledgable and listened to what I wanted.

Welcomed as soon as entered store and offered help if needed. Explained need for new mattress and offered sleep match test which was extremely useful. Shown mattresses as recommended. No pressure from assistant who was extremely helpful.

The member of staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable she did not put us under pressure to buy. Emma was able to put different packages together and look at different options, she raised some things I hadn’t thought of.
