We had previously been into the store and found the staff were all lovely. When I phoned last week I could only leave an answer phone message. I was so thrilled when a very polite man called back later in the week to answer my question. When we went in today, it was quiet the staff were still super lovely and helpful. We knew what we wanted because of our previous visit, but the small questions were easily answered. While we were in the store it became very busy but the chaps acknowledged every one that came in, without deminishing our Dreams sales experience. The product knowledge these guys have is fantastic without being mind numbing.

Sales Assistant, Emma, was most attentive having empathy with myself during my selections. When I needed physical assistance (because I was in pain - the reason I wanted a new mattress) she was most helpful. All of which enabled me to make my choice.

I wanted to buy a British made quality wool filled mattress and the assistant at Cheltenham, Gallagher retail park called 'Kevin' couldn't have been more helpful. We have never spent this much money on a mattress before but the available finance 0% made it a very doable and affordable option. I will definitely be back to see Kevin in 10 months time to buy another one for myself.

Jason the sales man was very informative without being overbearing as some sales men can be. He had a great balance between friendly and professional in his conduct. The staff allowed us to try all the beds we wanted and you didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. The cup of coffee was enjoyable and the banter was entertaining. Ian the manager took us through the paperwork and very kindly explained everything so we understood it all. Would go back without hesitation. Altogether a great atmosphere..
