Dreams - Cheltenham

Kevin was extremely helpful during our visit and was able to assist us with what we needed. The store manager was also very friendly and helpful. We have already recommended Dreams in Cheltenham to friends and family after our visit last night.

Emma looked after our every need and went over and above to meet our every need .

We were unsure about Dreams but we changed our minds quickly, after receiving very good information about the products and prices.

Emma (Cheltenham store) was brilliant.

We were warmly greeted by Emma upon arrival. We explained that we were interested in a TV bed. Emma showed us all three options. She then went on to show us our mattress options and we used the new machine to determine what would be best for us. We were shown all suitable options and were offered a drink whilst we looked around the store. At no point did we feel pressure to buy. In the end, Emma put such a great package together at such a reasonable price we bought the bed, mattress and accessories. We signed up to the 0% direct debit and paid 10% upfront today. Overall we are very happy customers. Our only reservation is the wait time for the bed which is almost 2 months, apart from that, A*.
