Jason and Ian at the Cheltenham store were exceptional. We really enjoyed interacting with them and found both of them to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Probably one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

The lady was really helpful. She took her time to explain all the different mattresses and she seemed very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and she made us feel very comfortable

Jay was our assistant and he was amazing, I’m disabled and he helped me with what would be best for my condition. He took me up in the lift personally and made me feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him.

The young man who served me at Tewkesbury Rd, Cheltenham, was so lovely. He was quite new I think he said but he really knew the products and was funny and non-pushy. A great salesperson. I don’t usually write these kind of write-ups but he really was great.

Friendly Staff, had confidence in what we were told, eve offered refreshments.

When we entered the store we were immediatly approached by Kevin who was very friendly. After telling him what we were looking for he took us to the sleep match bed. It was really interesting to see that we had been sleeping on the wrong mattress for so long. After the match was complete he took us round the suitable mattresses to try, along with some comfy pillows. After finding the type we liked we then asked if there was anything in the store that would suit our budget. He had a look round while we chose a bed and then showed us 2 mattresses that suited our needs. They were a great price and very comfy. Kevin was so helpful, all while my children were going a bit nuts in the store. He put our order through and even offered us a drink. After ordering 2 beds online for my children I am so glad we decided to come into the store. Kevin is a real credit to your company and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
