we were served by a friendly assistant in the branch, nothing was too much trouble , we were explained to why the order would take so long to arrive as it was a popular make. kt is so nice to go into a shop and be treated like a human being. well done Dreams.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable too. Never felt pressured into buying anything either. Everything there we wanted along with alternatives to compare it against. Our assistant, Michelle, was most helpful and friendly, what you need from a sales person, couldn't be more happier!

Friendly helpful staff ( Ian, Emma and Kevin ) took time with me, offered me a drink, showed me a range of ottoman beds and was honest with pros and cons and overall a very good experience.

Store Manager Ian in the Cheltenham store looked after us from the moment we walked in. Superb service from start to finish. Will recommend Dreams to everyone.

The staff were really good and the dreams bed machine worked well

On entering store looked around and asked by assistant, Emma if need help. Explained my reason there was to look at beds and she kindly suggested to be tested on a testing mattress that evaluates pressure points and recommends type of mattress would be benifical. Then Emma showed me several more mattresses explaining the benefit of each. Was then showed several bed bases to which she pointed out the essential points, etc. Emma then asked if I needed bed accessories to which I did and purchased. Very happy with her professionalism and would definitely return for further purchases.
