Michelle who assisted us was very professional and was full of knowledge. The store was well set up and full of staff available to assist. Very good and not over pushy with sales. Just perfect!! Highly recommend the Cheltenham branch.

Highly personable staff with good knowledge of products, helping me find a good fit of a mattress. Also offered me a cup of tea while testing mattresses.

Very helpful but not too intrusive and pressuring into making a purchase, really listened to what we were after and our requirements.

Well me and the wife came in with absolutely no real clue about what getting the right mattress really details. We had seen an ad on telly for your sleepmatch machine and thought we would pop in and give it a go, and ‘plan’ things off from there. As soon as we came in we were greeted by a young man called Kevin and was directed to the sleepmatch upon request to try it. Now I don’t really know if I believe in the machine or not (we shall see where the mattress comes) but having been through the process with a polite, funny and friendly young man it was a breeze to get through and the fact that not at any point was he trying to push us into the sale but more guide us in the right direction! Thanks chap, and cheers for the banging coffees as well!

shop staff (Ian) very friendly and helpful. Spent time explaining the product, very knowledgeable and things they didnt know they took the time to find out. Offered tea, coffee. were not over intrusive and we didnt feel pressured to buy anything. didnt feel rushed. overall good experience.

My wife and I are going to be moving into our first property and we were welcomed by staff who really took the time to understand our needs and the budget that we were working within. My wife and I felt very comfortable and looked after especially as we were offered a hot drink and staff being so welcoming. We were especially happy with the way that Ian who I think was the store manager gave us some good insight and knowledge about the different types of mattresses. We felt really supported and we are very happy with our decision. Jared and avrille.

The assistant was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable - leading to us making a purchase - can't praise her enough.

We were assisted by Kevin, who was friendly and helpful, listened to us and made what could have been a stressful shopping trip very easy and calm. I can’t comment on the quality of the bed yet, as it hasn’t yet been delivered but the one on display looked great.
