It was a wet and windy day and we virtually had the store to our selves hence the attentive service and advice.

Good selection of products. Friendly staff that were attentive but no overpowering. Efficient order processing.

Everything was as it should be. No unnecessary chats, straight to the point. Professional and polite service.

Kevin the store assistant who served us was very friendly and knowledgable, who took time to understand what we needed. We even got a cup of tea!

The assistance was friendly and patient with me. He listened to what I wanted but also his knowledge made me try different options just so I could make the right choice for me. He understood the important of choosing the right bed for my particular needs. I was able to try a range of mattresses and generally received excellent customer service. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

We used the Dreams bed selector machine, then were guided to each of the beds that were selected by the machine. The advisor gave us information about each bed as we laid on each of them. Explained why it was needed to buy a bed based on my recommended bed instead of my wife's as too soft bed would not last for me. We were then left alone to make a choice of bed and not hassled.

My partner and myself had never purchased a mattress before and needed guidance on making this purchase. The sales assistant Kerry was extremely helpful in showing us and explaining the different options - he clearly knew the product range very well! We also used the sleep match and eventually purchased a mattress that was a bit over what we wanted to spend but were so pleased with the service and quality we were more than happy to pay extra. We're very excited to receive our mattress week after next and will be returning to store to look at pillows next! Kerry is a real asset to your company, thorough product knowledge and friendly whilst not being a pushy salesman!

Your team were great and whilst we sometimes feel as though staff push towards more expensive products that we simply couldn’t afford, Kerry took the time to understand our budget and needs and said that we simply didn’t need to pay a fortune for an excellent mattress. In the end, we went with a more expensive mattress than planned (though still mid range) thanks to his excellent expertise and advice! Lovely friendly store and a great laugh. Made everything so easy.
