Dreams - Cheltenham

We had not bought a bed for a long time and were amazed at the computerised assessment of our needs while actually lying on a bed for three minutes while it appeared to breathe under us. Maybe this is not so new technology but it certainly was to us. Very impressive. Even after this machine worked out our needs it still produced a short list of five beds, which Kevin talked through with us at length.

Jason was very helpful, but not pushy. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision and explained the different ways in which the different mattresses supported in different ways. I was also brought a very good cup of coffee. He thoroughly explained the different benefits etc which were (pictures on the wall behind the counter) such as the delivery charges, recycling of old mattress, make in UK etc, but none of it felt pressured. Whilst the amount I spent was more than I had planned to spend, I feel that I have received a quality product that will be an investment - I suffer with insomnia due to sciatica and arthritis, and have hopes that whilst this mattress wont cure my health issues, it might alleviate it enough that I might get SOME sleep. Fingers crossed. Much thanks to Jason :-)

I had Kerry (man) in the Cheltenham store he was able to help me with the products but also looked at which products I could order with a delivery date that suited me. The products that I wanted would not be delivered in time so he was able to recommend alternatives within my price bracket

The staff member who helped us was extremely happy and helpful, he was lovely throughout and knew exactly what was best suited for what I was looking for

The manager of the store was the one who dealt with us, he was friendly and very knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable

Had decided our best solution for beds in 2 rooms, evaluated in Bristol stores, were from Bensons for Beds and we intended to purchase from there. Visited Dreams to check comparative products. Still we preferred Bensons offerings. However in our Cheltenham Dreams store we met Jason & /Ian.

Emma was extremely helpful. Prompt asking if we needed assistance, knowledgable about the mattresses we looked at, prompt with the coffee! She explained everything about the products and delivery clearly and was extremely friendly and cheerful.
