Very good friendly service

We found the overall shopping experience in this store very good, the sales person was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as required to complete the sale.The only thing we wish to point out is the mattress we were looking to purchase was advertised in store as £150 off but when enquiring about the sale price with the sales person we were informed this notice was incorrect as the exact savings were £100 the sales person quickly changed the notice to the correct price, we asked for the original advertised sales price and was turned down by the sales team, how ever the sales person give us 5% discretionary discount, we believe this was in an attempt to cover up their original mistake. I could have pushed this issue a little further with the manager but decided not to at the time,

The store had exactly what i wanted at a good price, and the assistant was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Free delivery within 4 days is good.

I was looked after very well, everything was explained,amd I was given a mug of tea while theorder was done,

The member of staff was very knowledgeable, approachable and non pushy in trying to sell, giving us space and attention as required and the store had a wide variety of mattresses to try....

Ian and Kerry were excellent sales assistants. They gave us their full attention and time and had a great knowledge of their products. Ian explained the sleepmatch system clearly and then showed us all the suitable mattresses and pillows

We were given plenty of time to test various beds so that the, hopefully, right decision could be made

We went through the comfort test which helped us decide on the product we eventually chose. The store assistant (Kerry) was really helpful with his advice. The mattress we chose was so comfortable we could have gone to sleep there & then.

I had never shopped at Dreams before. I was highly satisfied with the quality and choice of mattresses and the customer service and friendliness of the staff. The delivery service and collection of old mattress completed the package.
