I had seen the product I was interested in online, but wanted to try it out. I made an appointment at my local store, went in, trued that product and some more for comparison. Once decided I purchased and booked the delivery date of my choice. The person who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable and I had no problems at all.

I visited the store on the friday was looking for a small double bed and I was very impressed with the sales assistant very knowledgeable and I found his customer service was excellent which I find very rare these days. Thank you and I will return to Dreams on the near future as I am moving house in the next couple of weeks and will need to buy another two beds and headboards. Once again thank you

The staff were friendly without being pushy. Happy to leave us to browse, after offering assistance if and when we required it. We were offered refreshments even before we had made a decision to buy. Beds were clearly set up and easy to browse and test. Very happy with overall experience

Emma who dealt with us at you Cheltenham store was very knowledgeable and curtious, nothing was too much trouble for her...was very disappointed with the 4 wks deliver date for bed which could be better
