The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The salesman Ian was extremely helpful, greeted us when I arrived with my friend, I was looking for a mattress, I was measured up for the bed to find the best mattress for me (I cannot remember what it was called) I was also given a pillow to try, then he showed me a few different mattresses to try until I found the one that suited me. I was also given a cup of tea, shame there wasn’t a bacon butty to go with it!!. I then placed the order which was an easy transaction.

The assistant was knowledgable and friendly and was attentive when needed and knew when to keep his distance. Very good

We used the machine to help select a mattress. The store assistant Kevin was very helpful and his knowledge was great. We weren’t rushed or pushed into anything which was refreshing. We were offered coffee which was a nice touch. Well done to Kevin for being so helpful.

Jason was extremely helpful and know,edgeable and very quick to understand our needs. He made the experience enjoyable . We felt very well looked after and most importantly he didn’t oversell - if he had I would have left the store! Dreams is lucky to have such an efficient member of staff
