On entering the store we were greeted by Kevin who listened to what we were looking for put us on the sleepmatch to see which mattress was for us and then showed the choices we had he answered any questions and was attentive but not 'pushy' for a sale

Very friendly and professional staff made everything that you feel like a very important person. Cheltenham shop manager Ian was very helpful. Our visit finished with purchased lovely mattress. We may honestly recommend this shop.

The Sales Rep in store Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and not overbearing, I had been in the store 2 days previous and had mentioned that I would bring my partner to the store, on seeing us both in the store he came over as he had remembered me!
