We visited several other companies who sell mattresses and beds and all of their customer service was extremely poor, compared to what we received at Dreams, Cheltenham. Ian, the Store Manager, was extremely helpful in guiding us to what would be the best choice for us, both for comfort and financially. Would highly recommend.

The gentleman who looked us was very polite, efficient, he was not pushy, he answered all our questions, made us feel special, he gave us a lot of options and was more than helpful. Wish we had come here sooner for our bed purchases, we ordered just what we wanted, will be delivered within the week of purchase, and at a good time. Very happy with our service.

On entering the store we were greeted by Kevin who listened to what we were looking for put us on the sleepmatch to see which mattress was for us and then showed the choices we had he answered any questions and was attentive but not 'pushy' for a sale
