Our weight was measured to help us choose the best mattress, the pillows and beds were covered b4 we used them. It was all good. We look forward to getting our new mattress, and I especially like the scrapage scheme Which I was happy to pay for when I was told how environmentally friendly my old mattress would be disposed of.
