The assistant Michele was very informative and helpful, we were offered masks and cleanser on entering the store, which was very clean and laid out so we could see all the choices. Our weight was measured to help us choose the best mattress, the pillows and beds were covered b4 we used them. It was all good. We look forward to getting our new mattress, and I especially like the scrapage scheme Which I was happy to pay for when I was told how environmentally friendly my old mattress would be disposed of.
