The sales assistant was very pleasant, explained all of the social distancing requirements, along with the requirement to offer PPE and hand cleanliness. We were impressed with the range of beds and mattresses and how the combination of the two offered differing options, which were all tailored to our requirement. All of this information was offered to us by an unbiased sales assistant, who was not intent on selling us the highest priced product, moreover he wanted us to buy the right product for our needs. Very pleased with the whole experience. Just waiting for the bed and mattress to be delivered.
