Steven was Knowledgable, friendly but professional and did not feel pressured into making a purchase at any time throughout the process

I was served as soon as I enter in the shop

Steven (hope I spelt that right!) was extremely helpful and friendly, greeted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us find what we were looking for specifically, as well as helping us find the right mattress for us. He was very understanding and didn't push us to buy anything outside of our budget which took a lot of pressure off of us and made us feel more welcome!

From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted and immediately guided to the best suited products to my need based on what the sales assistant had asked me. It made the whole process seem less daunting about buying a product

We were greeted by a member of staff who said did we need any help. We discussed what we needed and he helped us. I think he was new so he sought help about something and came back and continued to help us.

Staff were very helpful and courteous

Ian (Store Manager) spent time with me going through the options for both beds and mattresses. He was clearly very knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations. He was friendly and not at all patronising. His staff members on the shop floor (Kevin being one of them) were also very friendly and the whole experience was very pleasant. I didn't feel they were trying to force me down one option or up-sell to me, and came away very happy with my decision. Would certainly recommend. Thank you!

Very friendly staff well informed and helpful, this is the 3rd bed and mattress I have purchased from you company and that I think speaks for it's self. I like the staff in this store ,and I am hopping the delivery men will be as good as past one's.

Advice on which mattress was suitable was very accurate. No pushy salesmanship allowed to take our time to decide. Went in with our 5 month old baby and was a very calm and friendly environment to be in.
