From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and welcomed with coffee the sales assistant introduced herself and offered a tour but we declined advising we would speak to her if we needed further info. The sales person was not overbearing as in some stores and fulfilled our needs when needed. The sales transaction was clear a thorough.

Staff were very attentive, listened to our requirements. They offered use of a sleep mode monitoring machine which was very interesting and were patient when we required some decision making time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Charmy greeted us and offered us a drink and took us through the sleepmatch process and spent time with us picking out the perfect mattress for us.

I was very impressed at the service we received throughout,the offer of a cup of tea was a life giver!What a treat, and the reminder we might have a parking ticket and the immediate remedy given. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

Natasha the saleswoman there was very helpful as soon as I entered the store and was able to guide me to my ideal bed within no time and was clear and concise on delivery time and pricing.

Was approached by a friendly member of staff, who was informative on offers available and then allowed me to take my time on my own to look around with no pressure. Very helpful and looked after me and helped to get some great deals.
