I have bought my first property and shopping for a bed was extremely overwhelming. Clinton Dean and all the staff at Charlton dreams made my experience fun easy and magical. I had been to other shops and even other dreams centres but the team at the Charlton branch were unmatched. Clinton was a gem and his service is key in to why i will be returning to dreams as well as recommending it to all my friends. Clinton was a wealth of knowledge he was so helpful, patient and attentive but also knew how to maintain a distance for me to think and process my decision. At no point did i feel i was under the attacking hard sell i had experienced in other locations through his entire demeanour he encouraged me to invest in a really good mattress not only the bed frame i had originally came for, he managed to alleviate all the stress of the experience and turn it into an enjoyable moment and that is very special. I came away from the dreams Charlton branch feeling truly valued as a customer and so excited to get my new bed i am so grateful to all the hard work that was put in to my experience.

I asked questions and all of my questions were answered satisfactorily. My daughter had to be tested for what type of mattress she needed and the gentleman had all the time for my daughter explaining. THANKS. this is my second bed set i have bought from Dreams. I just love doing business with you. Staff are brilliant.

Went to my local drams store in Charlton to look for a new bed. Was greeted by the friendly store manager The store manager gave some great advice. He listened and understood my needs. He was very knowledgeable in the products in the store. I bought a bed I reall liked and the store manager was accommodating when choosing a delivery date suited to my needs I would recommend dreams to get a new bed. And I would definitely recommend the friendly, welcoming and professional staff in the Charlton store

The male assistant who helped us during our visit went above and beyond to help find a mattress which met my terminally ill fathers needs and finances. I would definitely return here. The world needs more assistants like this gentleman.

Dean and Team provided excellent service. Took time to understand our needs. Let us try the right mattresses and gave us pillow to try with it. after advising us about the testing machine.
