Dreams - Charlton

Everything I needed and asked was answered so because of that I would highly recommend dreams in Charlton and I’ll be back let my family and friends now thanks

In the 11of may 2022 on the morning I came to the charlton store was served by Clinton and there was also another guy who was helping a long with him too. They were friendly me and my cousin were asking lots of questions they never got tired answering my questions. Were were in the store for a while got worried that my car will be charged penalty but they sorted out. After so long I finally bough a bed from and bed, total came £1583 my order numer is 295A023347. Charlton store Se7 8lu . They even offered us tea but we felt shy and said no. But they were welcoming I kept asking within my prices budget everything looks expensive bit dream is worth it now I know why its called that .. my kids enjoyed the pillows for my order it will be delivered on the 19may looking forward.

Very professional and friendly stuff, sort manger was very helpful and answered all our questions before we bought a new super king size bed.

The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. I had my kids as well that were getting restless and the staff made their time there enjoyable. Excellent customer service

The entire team who assisted us in the Charlton store were so friendly and helpful! They were also not pushy like some sales staff tend to be which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed during our experience. They understood our requirements fully, were clearly knowledgeable im their profession and looked after us by supplying us with coffee/a bottle of water while they showed us around the store. Would 100% come back and recommend to others.

Excellent sales assistant who was very polite efficient helpful and knowledgeable. Even offered us a hot drink or bottled water, she could not have done her job better. Good range of 3 different mattress types and good range of prices. Delivery time was decent and acceptable. Tech bed etc took ages and was a waste of time, said it would pick very expensive unaffordable mattress and it did, complete waste of time. Assistant did say would take a while but was far too long. Some of your competitors take old mattress away free and give details how the different components are recycled. Would have liked to see that offered by Dreams. Overall satisfied, would be very satisfied without tech bed and free disposal and recycling. Staff are great though.
