The amount of time we had to sit around waiting for the payment/order transaction to go through and eventually the computer crashing.

Were told the mattress would be delivered in 10days. But because it’s a super king the delivery was then changed to a month

I was highly satisfied with the customer service. I am unable to tell you if I am highly satisfied with the quality and price of my mattress as it has yet to be delivered.

The assistant aproached us very quickly which we found a little bit pressured . We prefer to browse at our leasure and approach staff when we need help

Sales assistants forgot to add mattress protector to order

Overall satisfied. Did not put highly satisfied as price of goods was high

The sales woman wasnt very open about listening to what we wanted and kept trying to sell us a bed frame and trying to get us to buy it through the finance after declining for the 8th time she finally understood we were only looking for a mattress.

Visited a few times, and the bed wasn't in stock to view, it was only on the last visit we were told it was possible to order the bed.

We were perfectly satisfied with our dreams experience

Whilst the colleague could not have been more engaging or helpful, the store was well kept and the product range wide and competetive, the pop music which was pervasive throughout was too loud, monotonous and quite at odds with a good nights sleep. I'm not suggesting lullabies, but even The Sandman, or Fy Mhylentin would have been more appropriate in that particular environment than the tuneless affected whining that we endured.
