We were very happy with the customer service that was given by a member of your staff named Luke ...also the price was £300 cheaper than Benson beds and as we are in the process of a new build the delivery dates were great too.

I entered the store and was greeted by Amy who then left me to browse at my leisure which is nice as usually an assistant pounces on you which is so annoying. Once I had made my decision she was so helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

A lovely, knowlegeable assistant, Kelly spent a lot of time with us discussing our needs.

Greeted on entry to store and asked whether assistance was required, this was initially not needed. Assistance requested following examination of products on offer. Colleague Kelly Morgan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful suggesting sleepmatch to determine the mattress best suiting our needs. Pleased to say sleepmatch actually selected the mattress that we had earlier thought would suit our criteria. In all a very good experience, resulting in a purchase.

Staff member allowed me enough time to peruse the options available to me however was always close enough to assist. Once initiating contact was very helpful and explained options clearly

There was no pressure put on me to buy, but the products were presented well and my needs taken into account.

The assistant was very qualified with the knowledge of the product and was not pushy, but let us take all the time we wanted. She was friendly and pleasant. A very nice assistant.

Both Luke & Arabella who served me instore were polite & courteous, Luke even made me a cup of tea while I was making my decision on what to purchase. They were both very knowledgeable, didn't put me under any pressure to make any snap decisions, and Luke remembered that there were two free pillows available with my purchase, which he showed Arabella how to find on your systems. Great service, very happy.
