Dreams - Carmarthen

I initially tried to purchase the bed online however I didn’t receive any confirmation after selecting the delivery date. I went in to the dreams store in Carmarthen to find out what was happening with the order the staff went over and above to see exactly what was happening and placed a new order for me. Staff were very helpful.

I came into your shop in Carmarthen not really knowing what mattress I wanted. The gentleman who assisted me showed me several mattresses, after my partner and I had lain on the 'pressure' bed. He was full of information and made my decision simple. So simple that I have subsequently been back to the store this past weekend and bought another! I was also very delighted that the first time I received a free gift of a mattress protector and the second time 4 pillows, very handy.

First class Store advisor (Kelly Morgan) with very good product knowledge. Willing to spend time with me to enable me to choose my purchase.

The service we had was top class our sales woman her name is Sam was so helpful for start to finish done the mattress test then showed what mattresses was recommended for us & also made us a nice cup of coffee

Sales assistant Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the service a good price negotiator with plenty of patience advising the best product suitability also overheard another customer come into store to thank Kelly for helping to find a bed which she was very happy with,this helped me to make my purchase with confidence.

On our visit we had lots of attention, however not pushy or too much, and all our questions answered. We went to another store next door to look at their products and were extremely out off by the staff as they were so pushy and not listening to out needs just tried to sell us what they wanted to! We literally ran back to dreams as Amy was fantastic 😊

Called into the store at Carmarthen during my lunch hour. Dealt with efficiently by Luke who was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. He was working on his own and managed the store with complete professionalism as there were a few customers in the store at the time. A very enjoyable trouble free experience.

The lady that we saw in the store was very helpful, not pushy at all and i would say that was the best customer service i have had for a very long time. very impressed.
