I was served by luke who was more than happy to help me find the product I was looking for.

My husband and myself purchased a bed from your Carmarthen store and we could not have bee treated better than if we were royalty. The service was excellent, your assistant advised us, didn't rush us and gave us time to talk about what we wanted. You have one sales assistant in a million, thank you Mr &Mrs Williams Pembroke Dock

from the moment I was in store Kelly, who was the sails assistant, was really attentive. She asked me to use the sleepmaster to see which mattress would suit my needs best and explained how it worked. When I said that I did not want a temper type mattress she took this into account and did not try to make me buy one. She made me and my parents a coffee while we looked at the mattresses. Kelly showed me 3 options which were best for me but listened when I said I wasn't comfortable instead of trying to make me buy the most expensive mattress (this was my experience in other shops).

Luke was very attentive and friendly. He was highly knowledgable and quickly directed me to the items I was interested in. He even supplied me with a cup of tea whilst I placed my order which was very welcome as there were no cafes in the vicinity and I had had a long journey to get to the store. The choice of mattresses was extensive and they were well displayed.

Luke, the salesperson, was helpful and informative without being the slightest bit pushy. He showed me the mattress that I was interested in and invited me to try it while he made me a cup of coffee! Once I had decided to go ahead and buy the mattress, Luke efficiently sorted out a delivery day and also offered me a good deal on pillows and a mattress cover. I have already tried out the pillows and they are fantastic. This morning, for the first time in ages, I woke up without any discomfort or pain in my neck! I would be happy to recommend your store in Carmarthen to anyone.
