very helpful assistant who had good knowledge of the product and able to answer all of our questions.

Helpful.frendly. Wish delivery could gave been sooner. Also I think. Something for company to consider When spending x amount .you could at least include pillows

the staff were very welcoming and friendly all 3 members of staff were willing to get involved with our search for a mattress

Kelly was very helpful, she showed me different options and was knowledgeable about the products, she showed me how I could mix and match and helpful in the delivery date

There were no issues at all. Kelly was extremely pleasant. Looking forward now to the delivery.

Assistance was offered as we entered the store and with the knowledge of the assistant we were able to view the appropiate items. Pillows were provided to test our selected item, after which, a cup of tea was provided as we filled in the necessary paperwork. Payment terms were offered and agreed.Delivery dates were selected and a Saterday option offered and accepted. ( why the extra charge for a normal working day?) A very satisfactory visit. Well done.

The gentleman assistant, Luke , was very helpful and had knowledge of the product , which was a big help in making our choice of product to purchase.

We liked the bed machine that assessed how you lie and where your pressure points are that you need support for. This led us to find the perfect mattress very quickly instead of wasting time trying out lots of mattresses. The third mattress we tried was perfect for us. It was also a very hot day and we were offered drinks which was lovely too. The shop assistant was excellent, polite and very helpful.

Assistant was busy with other customers when we arrived. He apologised for us having to wait and overall was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about various products we looked at
