The gentleman who served us was excellent- he acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store, but left us along until we were ready for help, then he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even made me coffee - a great touch

Kelly, our sales assistant was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and efficient. She showed us the mattress selecting machine. We thought this tool was fantastic and it really focused our minds on choosing the right mattress for both our health and comfort. The two staff members in Carmarthen were both very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and so the whole process of buying a King sized bed was trouble-free. All in all a great experience

The place was clean and tidy with a good choice of beds. The young man (Luke) who looked after us was very helpful asking what our requirements were before settling on our chosen bed.

Mainly due to the assistance of the showroom staff, who were helpful, extremely knowledgeable, did not rush us and were not in any way pushy. I would say exemplary.
