As we entered the shop we were greeted, we explained what we were looking for, directly taken to where we wanted, most helpful assistant. Everything explained in detail. We felt very comfortable shopping in dreams

Kelly, who attended to us, was welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive and made us feel like valued customers. The whole shopping experience at this Dreams store was most pleasurable.

The gentleman helping us greeted us as we entered the store and offered assistance without making the request seem overbearing. He was very knowledgeable on the different mattress styles and our needs.

Kelly the member of staff dealing with us , was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable.KELLY LOOKED AFTER US , we are well into our 70’s and she went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.At no time did Kelly try a ‘hard sell’. We left the shop as totally satisfied customers and are now looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress. Already , two friends are going to Dreams on our recommendation! Thank you

We found that our staff member was polite and very knowledgeable. We were given space when we first entered and when approached we did not feel it was a hard sell. The store colleague also gave us time to discuss items. He was also very good when we considered alternatives giving us a good amount of pros and cons

The young lady Kelly was very attentive she explained everything in detail and pointed out all the options that were available for us we found her to be very very helpful in us making the best decision nothing was to much trouble for her she made our choice easy after we had bombed her with questions well done Kelly
